Peplum tops

I actually didn't find the correct picture for the tops but the tops I am talking about right now are quite simple. They are the types of tops that seem to be frilly at the top with an elastic placed to make them bend over and make them come out all frilly and layered. I used youtube for this project, by a vlog I had encountered not too far ago. The project has quie a few important steps to learn and know perfectly well. Step 1 Have the materials you will be suing to sew Step 2 have all your sewing accessories there with you such as the sewing machine, cotton wool and many more. Step 3 Measure 28cm by 8cm by the sides and then do so on the side as well. Step 4 Then start to cut out that rectangular piece Step 5 Pin the two edges of the rectangle together Step 6 then start cutting another piece that will be your actual top. Measure 28cm by 18cm this time and not by 8cm make sure to fold your material in at least 4 parts. Step 7 then sew the curved part on your new top. Step 7 Sew in the elastic with the safety pin and then you are done. Step 8 iron your top.
