Hand Strap Clutch

What are you most proud of? Made this for a friend who loves the minions from the movie "Despicable Me" using Ceri Gwen's pattern from the Spoonflower blog: http://blog.spoonflower.com/2015/11/the-hand-strap-clutch-sewing-pattern-tutorial/ What advice would you give someone starting this project? When using cotton as the fashion fabric, I prefer to use duckcloth as the interlining instead of fusible interfacing because it adds strength and gives a better hand. My seam allowance around the outer edge ended up being 1/4" instead of 1/2" because of the extra bulk. Next time I might extend the outside edges of the pattern by 1/4" if using duckcloth again.
