Cherie Killilea made Finished Wingback Slipcover with:
Q&A with Cherie Killilea
Hello, I just completed the first slipcover course and I am going take this one. I've not made slipcovers before, however, I have upholstered many, many pieces as a "talented amateur". I learned how to Upholster at a $25 course some 40 years ago...Sound Familiar??? I really enjoyed your class. I like your teaching method and up-beat attitude! It's so hard for me to learn from someone who speaks in a monotone and drones, so you were great. Got a kick out of the "removal of excess fabric" technique. I know from upholstery that when you come to a curve or corner, you have to have the nerve to trim...carefully, but trim nun the less...I enjoyed watching you. Thanks for the expertise and the laughs...I learned lots!!!

Thank you so much for your kind words. I am so glad you enjoyed the class and learned something too. I think your upholstery experience is a great asset when it comes to making these fitted slip covers. I look forward to seeing a project from you. Welcome to the new class!
