What are you most proud of? That I finished it! And that the top stitching looks OK. The project itself went smoothly, but top stitching on this soft, plush, wide wale corduroy was a real headache as all the seam lines were virtually obscured by the plush fabric. My test swatches were great, but they were much easier to do accurately. I would use a finer wale, smoother corduroy if I were to choose it again. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch all of the videos first and then go back and follow along as you make your jacket. Take your time. All the techniques are great and worth learning.
