This dress fits the half-scale dress forms I designed. Check out my other patterns for the patterns to make a half scale dress form. I have two versions of the dress form: You can make your own dress form from heavy paper and paper mache, or sew the non-stretch fabric cover pattern and stuff it. Although I don't have a doll to test this on, I think this dress may be able to be scaled down to fit smaller dolls. You can use the free software PDF XChange Viewer to print the PDF at any scale you like (Adobe Acrobat Reader does not have this option), or use a photocopier to scale the pattern. For example, if you have a doll with a 12" (30.5 cm) bust, reduce the pattern to 12 / 17.875 * 100% = 67% (or in metric, 30.5 / 45.5 * 100% = 67%). After you reduce the pattern, you will need to add to the seam allowances to get them back to 1/4" (6 mm). Add to the center back seam allowance to make it 1/2" (1.3 cm).
