Rainbow Quilt

77" x 55" I MADE A PATTERN! It's linked here... https://etsy.me/36gufde Vibrant throw quilt. I loved these fabrics so much that I wanted to create a pattern that would showcase them without cutting them apart too much. I used two 10" block packs (Layer cakes) plus some yardage from my stash for the back and binding. The design was perfect for trying out new quilting designs. I quilted each block with a different pattern and tied the overall secondary pattern (the crosses) uniformly with an alternating design. It looks far more complicated than it really is. The fabric really does most of the work. :) I love the way it turned out and will I'll probably post a pattern for this soon if anyone is interested.

LOVE the way your quilt turned out as well. Did you make a pattern for it? I would definitely be interested.

UPDATE: I finally finished the pattern! I'd love to see what you make if you decide to give it a try. https://etsy.me/36gufde (CORRECTED) I didn’t make a pattern; but, I most definitely will. I’ll post an update when I have it finished. Thank you so much for the compliment!

Love your quilt, HooverGirl. I keep going back to look at it. The quilting is outstanding and the way you twisted/turned that one piece of your block resulting in 3 different versions of the Block makes it very interesting. I’ve purchased some 10” packs (Craftsy was sold out of gray layer cakes) and may try to replicate your quilt. Thank you so much for sharing.

Thank you so much! If you're interested in the pattern; I finally have it listed on Etsy. I'd LOVE to see your quilt if you decide to try it. It's easier than it looks. ;) https://etsy.me/36gufde (CORRECTED)
