This pattern comes with password access to 4 HD videos where I walk you through every step of the way in completing both the baby quilt and the owl softie projects. Video information is provided on the 1st page of the PDF download. The PDF is 13-pgs with step by step full color images and instructions and includes the pattern templates for the Owl Softie. Super easy to follow a great beginner project if you've never made a quilt but want to try it. The pattern requires you to make only one block (repeated 9 times) and requires no fancy quilting machine or fussy binding to work with. This is a great way to start with a small baby quilt that could also be used as a wall hanging or tummy time play mat. Crafty Gemini
While Vanessa Wilson has been crafting since she was a kid, she didn't get into sewing and quilting until she was 22 years old and in her second year of law school - but she's never looked back. You may recognize Vanessa as YouTube craft tutorial sensation Crafty Gemini. As an up-and-comer, Vanessa recently won a $35,000 grant from YouTube. A teacher at heart, she is currently an assistant professor in Santa Fe Community College's paralegal program. She lives on a farm in Gainesville, Fla., with her husband and two children. Although some people say she does it all (and she almost does), she admits that she cannot sing.
