Q&A with Schmata-hari

EBlack asked:
gorgeous ! what is the size?
Schmata-hari answered:
Thanks so much. It's about 31" x 35", and it used up less than 4 skeins of each color.
EBlack asked:
That is a wonderful size for a baby blanket. I should have asked how many repeats across if you don't mind. thank you!
Schmata-hari answered:
Sorry it's taken me forever to reply. Two repeats of across: 2x32 + 37 = 101 stitches total. It's a good size for a stroller blanket.
Nancy Marchant asked:
Wonderful, a full regal blanket! Willow at its best!
Schmata-hari answered:
Seriously, I owe it all to you. Thank you!
dlorenz2211041842 asked:
Beautiful..how many did you cast on and where can I get the pattern?
Schmata-hari answered:
Thanks so much. CO 101 stitches. The pattern is in Nancy Marchant's book _Fresh Brioche_, which is wonderful and has many beautiful brioche patterns, plus some basic brioche technique info. I love it. I think Willow is very similar to the Alex scarf pattern here. I haven't analyzed the differences, but I expect the main difference might be the way they're edged.
EBlack asked:
Thank you.
Schmata-hari answered:
My pleasure.
