Project

Wanderer Tunic

This sweater is knit in four pieces. I followed Carol Feller's advice about knitting the sleeves from the top down, using short rows, and she was right: I am really pleased with how the set-in sleeves turned out! I am also grateful to Anne Hanson, Patty Lyons, and Chris Bylsma for all the incredible knitting knowledge they shared in their classes. The most difficult part of this project was trying to determine the correct size for me. I ended up knitting a size small with a US 3 circular needle. The project suggests a US 4, but the gauge swatch suggested otherwise. This is a beautiful garment that I will wear proudly.
