Q&A with KatherineBG

Khall asked:
how many balls of yarn does this require?
KatherineBG answered:
Hi Khall, there's a planning sheet in the class materials (find them in the materials tab in the class). That will help you determine how many balls of yarn you'll need for your size. The pattern calls for worsted-weight yarn, so I'm thinking DK would not work unless you made major modifications. Bummer you just got some, but that Cloudborn silk is yummy yarn -- save it for another project!
curiousqu10669535 asked:
Before I join the class, can you tell me how much yarn I will use for a comfy-fitting (fair amount of ease) for a 42" bust? Thanks.
KatherineBG answered:
Hi curious, there's a planning sheet in the class materials (find them in the materials tab in the class). That will help you determine how many balls of yarn you'll need for your size. I would guess around 8, but please check the planning sheet to be sure. Happy knitting!
Penelope asked:
My bust measurement is 42 in. My arm measurement is 15 inches. How much yarn do I need? Can I really marry the two sizes?
KatherineBG answered:
Hi Penelope, there's a planning sheet in the class materials (find them in the materials tab in the class). That will help you determine how many balls of yarn you'll need for your size, and how to marry two sizes. Happy knitting!
TheGreatRudiney asked:
What's the largest size offered in this pattern?
KatherineBG answered:
The largest size fits a 58-inch bust, but with tons of ease. Largest sleeve size is 17-1/4 inches.
Pamlydia asked:
Hi! Love this sweater. Is it sized for plus sizes as well?
KatherineBG answered:
