KC Provençal

Using Kollage square needles in suggested size. They are great for those decreases, nice points and you can sneak in the flat area so easily. Also, seriously using Knit Companion for the first time. I am so much more comfy with charts than directions and this app looks like a big help. Got it set up and loving Knit Companion. This is not my first brioche project. I just started learning this winter but this one is my first brioche lace with charts. Loving the class, it will be a perfect jumping off point for lots of brioche lace in the future. I can see quite a few by this very designer that I am drooling over. I am enjoying this very much… more than I expected. The lace chart is easy to follow and because it is brioche there are extra “rest” rows. Always 3 rest rows in 2 colour brioche and this project has even more as you get into it. I am loving knitting this shawl. So glad I tried it. More pictures as I progress. Ravelry Project at https://www.ravelry.com/projects/NancyMunroe/provencal
