This sweater is very much influenced by an episode of Sex and the City. How many times have you said that in reference to fashion? Remember Carrie entering her Russian lover’s apartment, sitting down at his piano wearing a draping, long, cozy cardigan? I immediately wanted to design something like it. Although I completely made it my own, you may be able to go back to that episode and find my inspiration . . . or at least have fun re-watching, or watching for the first time (what!?) that greatest of shows. A fast and very warm knit, you'll love wearing it as much as you'll love knitting it. XS(S, M, L, 1X) 740 (815, 895, 975, 1050) yd This sweater was originally knit with Berocco Blackstone Tweed Chunky (65% wool, 25% kid mohair, 10% angora, each approximately 1¾oz [50g] and 60 yd [55m]), in color 6646. This yarn is discontinued but many yarns can be substituted. Matching the fibre construction exactly is not necessary, however, matching gauge is.
