Sizes: One Size Finished Measurements: Circumference: 34.75” Height: 19” Materials: Size US 7 (4.5 mm) 24” or longer circular needle 1 locking stitch marker Ten 1.5” buttons (or five buttons, if you don’t want your cowl to be reversible) Sewing needle and thread Yarn needle Yarn: 1 skein each of two colors Louisa Harding Amitola Grande (80% wool, 20% silk; 273 yards/100 grams), shown in #537 (MC) and #538 (CC) Gauge: 12 sts and 18 rows = 4” in brioche stitch Note: 18 rows worked in brioche stitch will appear to be only 9 rows, because each stitch is slipped on alternate rows.
