Pattern Details

A maddy laine knitting pattern for a men's jacket cardigan to knit in worsted weight yarn. The garment is knit to a smaller gauge to create a firm knitted fabric which makes this design suitable as outdoor wear. Stitch patterns of mock cable and slip stitch rib create subtle texture with vertical pockets and a stand up collar worked in k1, p1 ribbing. Choose a subtle shade of color in the yarn and the stitch patterns will shine. The pattern is available to knit in one of FIVE sizes in a worsted weight yarn knit to a gauge of 21 sts and 28 rows = 4"/10cm over pattern stitches.
