This top down raglan sweater is cast on at the neckline, and worked back and forth on circular needles until the neckline opening is closed and the sweater is joined to be worked in the round. Honeycomb cables are worked on front and back, and a simple mirrored cable worked down the center of each sleeve. Front and back cables are increased in ?knit? stitch and incorporated into the honeycomb pattern until there are a total of 48 stitches in honeycomb, then front and back stitches are increased in ?purl? stitch. Sleeve stitches are increased in ?purl? stitch. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Knitting Purling Cables Knitting in the round GAUGE 5 sts and 6 rows / inch on larger needles in reverse stockinette stitch SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Pattern is written for child?s sizes 12 mo.
