Pattern Details

I have always loved Missoni knitwear. Now I love it even more. At the Milan Fashion Week, they ended their fall 2017 show with every one of the 40-plus models marching down the catwalk wearing pink pussy hats with brims knit in the Missoni-style signature stripe pattern. Missoni's show began with the music "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised”, which set a political tone. The show's notes explained, "Angela Missoni communicates the femininity of our times, prepared to confront the conflicts and dilemmas of our contemporary society: the conditions, needs and rights of all women and minorities." This is my version of the catwalk pussyhat, made in fingering weight yarn because winter is ending soon..
