Christmas in July: Holiday Decor & Accessories to Knit Now!

The knitter’s list of holiday projects is looong. Not only does it include gifts to knit, but it often also includes a wish list of accessories and decor: ugly Christmas sweaters, Fair Isle stockings, holiday socks and more.

But by the time fall and winter roll around, we’re so consumed with planning holiday gifts that we don’t have time to even think about that garland we wanted to make or those adorable hand knit woodland creature ornaments.

This year, before you start making holiday gifts, knit up fun decor & accessories to enjoy all holiday season long.

1. Christmas Tree Advent Garland

This garland is designed as an Advent-style garland where the knitter stitches one tree each day leading up to Christmas. But we don’t see any harm in starting it early! It’s also a great way to use up your stash and make way for new yarns.
