Moth pendant

Robyn's awesome techniques and great teaching were the start to make this pendant. I added some stone setting and other touches to make it my own. It was so much fun! I can't wait to make more.

Q&A with Tracy Smith Design

mamapongo16608549 asked:
Love the butterfly. I’m interested in adding color to my wirework jewelry. I saw the background underlay and was wondering if you’d share how you achieved that effect? I took Sarah Thompson class and want to color the copper wire like a patina effect. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards, Irene Comstock. Email: mamapongo@gmail.com. Bye
Tracy Smith Design answered:
Hi Irene, I used Liver of Sulfur. I took Robyn Cornelius' class in Layered pendants, and in that class she shows you how to layer it to get amazing effects. It's really a matter of just layering in different amounts, so some areas have less and some have more. The color changes as you add more. I got so much information out of this one class, I highly recommend it.
