I made this shawl for my Grandma Jean's 89th birthday. She's an elegant woman who loves blue. I wanted her to be able to keep warm and stay dressy. When I finished the shawl, I decided to add buttons to one edgeGrandma had a collection of little antique white shell buttons that worked perfectly. With the buttons sewn in, the shawl can now become a shrug or a wrap! GAUGE 2 shells = 4 in, 3 rows = 3 in. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Finished dimensions: approx. 51 in. by 20 in.
