Pattern Details

Meet Ragu the Dragon! He has a habit of sneezing and setting fire to curtains, but he is small enough (10.5 inches) and cute enough that you won't mind at all. Materials:   • 3.5mm crochet hook • 45g polyester toy stuffing • Tapestry needle • Scissors • Pins DK Yarn: • Green, 151 yards [47 grams] (I used Scheepjes Colour Crafter- Charleroi #2016 [100% Acrylic Wool]) • Purple, 20 yards [7 grams] (I used Scheepjes Colour Crafter- Drachten #1827 [100% Acrylic Wool]) • Blue, 14 yards [5 grams] (I used Scheepjes Colour Crafter- Den Helder #1068 [100% Acrylic Wool]) • White, 3 yards [1 gram] (I used Scheepjes Colour Crafter- Weert #1001 [100% Acrylic Wool]) • Black, 0.3 yards [0.1 grams] (I used Scheepjes Colour Crafter- Ede #1002 [100% Acrylic Wool])       Please note that the material list provided is just a guideline. You can use any type of yarn you’d like. As long as your hook is a couple of sizes smaller than the recommended hook size for your yarn, you will be fine.

Hello there and welcome to FriendlyFoxDesigns! To us, amigurumi is as flexible as playdough. If you can think of a shape, you can make it. All you need is a little practice and a lot of giving yourself permission to think outside of the box. Our patterns are designed not to teach you how to follow instructions, but how to go beyond them and create something that makes you happy. The free patterns currently available include a duck and also a dragon. The dragon is the more complicated of the two, but if you can make that you can make any of our patterns here at FriendlyFoxDesigns. The paid patterns are currently in the testing and (re)production process (hehe!). There are many to look forward to including of course a beautiful friendly fox! As always, please share your creations, because that really is magical.
