**Pattern is on sale for $3.50 until 22 September only** Materials Yarn: Medium, Weight 4; Examples made with Hobby Lobby I Love this Yarn; no more than 300 total yards needed. Hook: I Pompom maker (as desired) Sizing: Measurements are approximate, actual subjects may vary. Different yarn weights and textures (with coordinating hooks) may be used to taste, but sizes will vary accordingly. Three different sizes are available in this pattern: Skinny (18" long x 4" wide), Medium (15" long x 5" wide), Large (18' Long x 7" wide) Pattern Key St / Sts: Stitch / Stitches Sl St: Slip Stitch Ch: Chain Sc: Single Crochet HDc: Half Double Crochet Sc2Tog: Single Crochet 2 Stitches Together (decrease) Special Stitches / Techniques Popcorn: (Yarn over, insert hook, pull up a loop, yarn over, pull through 2 loops on hook) 6 times. Yarn over and pull through all 7 loops on hook. Deep Single Crochet: Deep Single Crochet - insert hook below indicated St, yarn over and pull through, yarn over and pull through both loops on hook (covers previous St). Whip Stitch: Using a hook or needle. Magic Loop Note: This pattern is written from the toe of the stocking upward; however, I have split the pattern directions into three sections to avoid confusion in row counting (Toe, Heel, Shaft). The pattern is worked in rounds, except for the heel which is worked back and forth in rows. Color changes are encouraged to taste; however, I will not note when and where color changes can occur - choices are endless, and left to your imagination! Mind your stitch counts, especially on popcorn rows; your first popcorn in a row will make the second stitch of that row difficult to locate, and may therefore give a noticeable seam and the appearance of an inaccurate stitch count. Crochet Ties can be finished with pompoms or tassels using your favorite tools and techniques. Pattern for the ties are found on the last page of this pattern. I suggest using the Crochet Tie to hang. This is an original Salena Baca pattern: Owner / Designer of Baca Creations.
