When I first learned to knit I became very fascinated with the different techniques used in knitting that had not been attempted in crochet...yet. Then, I saw a pair of thrummed knit mittens and noticed that not only were they super soft but remarkably warm! I just knew I had to find a way to use that same technique for a crocheted mitten. After all, the thrums are a perfect way to line the inside of a crocheted mitten which tends to have more space between stitches than knitted one has. Voila, I created a way to crochet a thrum into your stitch so it won't come undone and we have a pattern that is simply perfect. Pattern includes both written instructions and charts and YouTube tutorials.
