I created this pattern because it allows you to create subtle and elegant ear flaps with ties all without having to cut or reattach your yarn! The main body of this hat is Double Crochet for a quick project, but if you prefer a tighter project in the same style please check out my Amelia Ear Flap Hat for the Half Double Crochet version. Yarn: Weight 4 (Medium worsted-weight) yarn. Example made using Bernat Super Value Solids. Hook Size: H, or size needed for specified gauge Gauge 3 dc stitches = 1", 1.75 dc rows = 1" Size Chart For the best possible fit, please assure you follow the circumference and length of your subject.
