I used Nancie's recipe for The Thai sliders but I replaced the beef with lamb and I made my own buns with Peter Reinhardt's sandwich bread recipe - rolled into small buns and topped with coarse sea salt and sesame seeds. I brushed them with some coconut oil before tossing them on the grill to toast. When I made the cilantro paste for the ground meat - I used olive oil instead of water. I made the Thai sweet chili sauce (which is ah-mazing btw) and topped the sliders with them. I garnished the burgers with a spinach leaf and a strip of cucumber and bell pepper. They are amazing.
