Steak fajitas on a little plug-in grill, made our kitchen smell like the local Mexican restaurant. We've been producing all the recipes in this Cooking for Two online class, and having a lot of fun with it! We enjoy all the vegetables and the wonderful variety of deep, satisfying flavors in each recipe. The recipes are relatively quick, with the Instructor's "mise en place" technique. We've opened our taste buds to new ingredients from which we'd always shied away, but now we realize we've been missing out!
