Mushroom and Leek Empanadas

I did this filling with the pasta frolla and the roped edging. Was great to make rhe dough and filling then fill them the next day. Will see how they are when we bake them this evening. I am hoping this dough can become my go to pie dough. In retrospect I need to make them a little larger. These might be a good size for a party. Also hoping this goes over well for a lenten meal.
