Made the Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream recipe and added the hot fudge and cake base from the Mud Pie Cake Recipe. It froze beautifully but here in AZ it doesn't take much time even in an air conditioned home for an ice cream cake to start to look melty. The whipped cream dollops used in the class example would have puddled in seconds at this time of year had I used them to decorate the cake top. Otherwise, I felt the coloring and flavor was perfect. I used the mint from my garden to make it and the mint taste was spot on.
