Success! I made the marshmallows yesterday with my 5 year-old niece Hattie. She loved every minute of it! The key to making the process easy was setting everything up ahead of cooking: measuring and weighing everything out, having the sink full of soapy, hot water for clean-up, and generally being prepared. I also referenced Jamie's book: Candy is Magic. The book is a MUST. There was a lot of really helpful additional information in her book. Try it!
