Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I tried grinding my own hamburger. It was easier than I expected. I could not find the meats in the recipe (the sirloin, particularly) and so I used a different sirloin, with the bacon and chuck roast. It turned out quite well, though I didn't get all the fat bits out, which was a problem when tried to eat the burger. Something to improve on! I could not find miso paste, so I substituted a dry miso soup packet. The meat had a nice flavor, and was pretty tender, except for the thick fat pieces that I missed.
