Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I was able to find tomatillos at the store, so I decided it was time to try out some of the recipes in this class. I made Roasted Tomato & Tomatillo Salsa, Salsa Verde, Taco Stand Avocado Salsa, Pico De Gallo, Onion Garnish (not pictured), Carne Asada, and Stove-Top Simmered Shredded Chicken (not pictured). We will definitely use these recipes again for a taco night with friends. Everything was delicious. I'm loving this class!
