Brown Sugar Spice Babka

Please describe the type of cuisine. Jewish Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. For the filling, I spread the dough with melted butter. Then I combined 1/4 cup each of brown sugar and white sugar with a teaspoon of Chinese five spice (you could use cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice as well) and sprinkled it over the buttered dough. The recipe proceeded as usual (jellyroll sliced in half lengthwise and twisted together, in a Bundt pan).
