What are you most proud of? I am thrilled with how it turned out. We live in Houston so the heat prevented me from getting my icing as smooth as I wanted, even after sitting in the fridge. Best results with Icings so far, and the taste was fantastic. Thanks for a great class Joshua. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Keep in mind that if you live in a warm area, the Icing will be very soft, so keep in the Fridge until serving the cake. It's well worth it though.
