This is a butter cake with lemon and raspberry curd (4 layers). Iced with Swiss meringue buttercream. The pink is flavored with freeze dried raspberries. The green is just unflavored Swiss buttercream dyed green. This is hands down on of the best cakes I've ever made. Have to give a shout out to Man About Cake as well. Alot of what went into making this cake came from his class as well.
