Yes Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake A one tier chocolate sponge cake with chocolate mousse filling.The cake is covered in an ombré of pink rosettes using buttercream. The decorative pieces were made out of 50/50 fondant and gum paste and allowed to dry. The cake was completed using a combination of classes namely the Modern Buttercream, Basic fondant techniques and Exploring Chocolate Cakes, Fillings & Frostings. Enjoy!!! What are you most proud of? The overall look of the cake especially the stroller. My first time ever making one. The first one did not come out nice so I made this second one which was very beautiful and I love it. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Plan ahead.
