i've been waiting to try this technique out for some time now. :) It took me 13 hours to decorate this cake with fluid writer, but it was worth every second, and i really enjoyed it. :) Thank you for the class Lindy. ^^

I also really like the different shades of blue that you've added. I have both sizes of the fluid writer as I've been wanting to take this class but I am not sure how much I'll get from it....although the "preview" makes it look very interesting.

Well its kinda both. i watched the class, which is a good start in my opinion. :) And after, you just go with the flow. i checked more doodle patterns on google, got some nice patterns out of fondant, which i found appealing, than started doodle-ing. I think its nice to buy the class for a general idea about the technique, but you can also just try on a little piece of fondant, and see if you need the class or not, to do the technique. The thing is though, with this you can do whatever comes to your mind, there are no restrictions with this. :) Its also really fun, if you like this sort of activity. :) Its a really long time too though. :D

ty very much, i really appreciate it. ^^ Ofc, i dont have any kind of fluid writer in my home country either, so i just ordered the two sizes from e-bay.
