Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I created this cake for my son's Sofia the First inspired 3rd birthday. First use of modeling chocolate, homemade MMF, creating a topper and making swiss meringue buttercream. The cake is American Mud Cake, and the topper is rice cereal and modeling chocolate (from Jessica Harris' Simply Modern Birthday Cakes course). I used so many of Jessica's techniques, including the wax paper transfer method for the stripe on the bottom tier, which would have been impossible for me to accomplish otherwise.
