Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

I modified the wheat pizza in the course from 50% whole wheat to 100% whole wheat (the exception is I used a cup of sour dough from white flour). I had not been successful in the past making a whole-wheat pizza crust. This turned out great thanks to following the guidelines from the course. I have given up dairy and this pizza was great without cheese due to the richness of the crust.
