Absolutely LOVE this class. I've been gluten free for about 6 years now and finally I feel like I can have all of those wonderful things again. Shauna makes it so easy and it really works. I made the banana bread and it's "to die for" according to my taste testers (none of whom are gluten free) and today I made the artisan bread in the photo. I can't cut into it for 4 more hours and *that* will not be easy. I have always been a baker and now I can have it all again. Happy! Final review, after cutting I found my bread to have a wonderful crust. It has a lovely open structure with lots of air holes and the taste is quite lovely. It did seem a little too moist for my taste (almost wet inside). I wondered about cooking a bit longer and will try that next time but the internal temp was 200 on these?? This was fixed by toasting and slightly less of a problem on the loaf that I left sitting for about 10 hours before cutting.
