1. Just Another LOVE-ly Sundress
If there is a little girl in your life, she will most likely appreciate a cute sundress full of tiny little hearts. To make this easy-to-put-together project, you only need a white XXL T-shirt, scraps of contrasting knit fabric scraps, brushes and fabric paint. The dress involves a stencil painting with freezer paper and a fun way of decorating with fabric. It comes in one size (4 to 8 years), because of the easy fit and the knotted straps, and it can double as a tunic, worn above leggings, later.Get the FREE pattern »

2. The I Heart You Dress
Another dress for girls! When I think of Valentine’s Day, I see little girls wearing dresses full of hearts — maybe that’s just me! This dress comes in sizes 2 to 16, and the designer says it’s for intermediate sewers, so it may not be your first choice if you’re just starting to sew. It will be free to download only until Valentine’s Day, so grab it while you can!
