Looking for paleo-friendly treats you actually want to eat? Learn how to create rich, decadent treats that are pure paleo perfection in our new, FREE online video class, Everyday Paleo Baking.

Everyday Paleo Baking Class

We teamed up with wellness chef and cookbook author Catherine Ruehle and our friends at Bob’s Red Mill to share four fantastic paleo recipes, sure to satisfy tricky diets and picky palate.

In the class, you get four crowd-favorite recipes:

1. Triple-Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Made with almond flour and coconut sugar, these grain-free sweets (with an irresistible chocolate drizzle) are simply to die for.

2. Lemon Loaf With Blueberry Sauce

Fresh lemon juice, maple syrup and a honey-based blueberry glaze make this paleo loaf the ideal treat for breakfast… or an afternoon snack… or dessert!

3. Herbed Flatbread

Sandwiches may seem off limits for those following a paleo diet — but they shouldn’t be! With this flavorful flatbread (made with tapioca flour, almond flour and turmeric), you’ve got the base to all sorts of lunchtime favorites.

4. Pizza Crust

Yes, you read it right — pizza! Cat’s crust recipe is perfectly chewy, thanks to arrowroot flour and coconut flour. As for toppings? She’s got a few recommendations for paleo-approved toppers, too.

While the recipes sound great, you need to rethink your advertising. Palos eating is not the same thing as gluten-free eating. This is a free gluten-free cooking class. High-protein it is not.

I’m definitely going to try it, it is not just gluten free, it’s completely grain free. Many of the recipes use almond meal as the base which is much higher protein than most baked goods. Best part for me, these recipes sound like things I would actually like to eat.
